Pastor Josh Eller and his wife Melissa have four energetic boys, Jaxon, Graham, Hunter & Knox with a precious little girl Olivia. He loves his North Carolina sports teams and enjoys hanging out with friends and connecting people with Jesus. He has a background in student ministry and has served as an Associate Pastor prior to coming to Calvary as the Lead Pastor. He holds a Masters of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and earned his Bachelors Degree from Appalachian State.

Pastor Matt Lawrence and his wife Amy have 3 children, Stephen and Phoebe (Twins), and Sarah Scarlett. He enjoys reading, pulling for the Panthers and hanging out with his family. He served in Central Asia for over 3 years and leads Calvary in our local and international mission initiatives. He also takes the lead in implementing our discipleship strategy. Matt Graduated from the College at Southeastern and is currently working on his Masters of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Matt Ballard and his wife Lindsay have two daughters, Nora, who is as active and fun as she could be & their newest addition Ellie. Matt joined the Calvary staff in September 2021. He enjoys reading, running, spending time with his family, and watching Alabama football. He loves building relationships with students and teaching them about God’s word. He has his bachelors from North Greenville University and, masters degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Rosanna Talley and her husband Josh have been married for 14 years, and have two girls, Brooke & Michaela. While Josh has a passion for all Cleveland sports teams, Rosanna pulls for the New York Yankees & Dallas Cowboys. Prior to working at Calvary in January of 2023, Rosanna worked in leading children through Kindercare Early Learning Center and at Alamance Christian School. She possesses an undergraduate degree in Family and Child Development from Liberty University. She desires for kids to have a life transforming experience with Christ, and provide opportunities for children to become true disciples. 

Sarah Tuttle and her husband Nick have been married since 2012. In 2019, they became parents by adopting their independent and vibrant daughter Nora. In 2022, they adopted their son Will who is so sweet and content. Sarah served as a Children's Coordinator for 5 years and has served in children's ministry and on the worship band since she was a teenager. Sarah enjoys time with family, playing the piano on our worship team, and spending time with friends. Sarah received a Certificate in Biblical Studies at Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, NY. She then attended Bryan College, and received her BS in Music Administration.

Scott and his wife Chelsea grew up together at Calvary and have a daughter, Riley. Scott is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he served as a worship leader with Campus Crusade for Christ. When he’s not working he enjoys playing guitar and pulling for NC State among other North Carolina sports teams. He is the leader of our worship band during our gathering on Sunday mornings.
